Normobact Aquabalance is a combination of oral rehydration salts and the probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG in a unique two-chamber Duocam sachet (DUOCAM) for children from the first days of life and adults.

Application area:

Restoration of water and electrolyte balance during dehydration, as well as to restore and maintain intestinal microflora.

Composition for 1 two-chamber sachet (2 g + 3.89 g):

Chamber A: dextrose, sodium chloride, acidity regulator sodium bicarbonate E500ii, potassium chloride, anti-caking agent amorphous silicon dioxide E551, natural flavor "Apple" (maltodextrin, carrier gum arabic E414, aromatic composition of natural origin, humectant triacetin E1518), oligofructose, stabilizer guar gum E412;

Chamber B: maltodextrin, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG.

Complex of Na and K salts, probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG.

The osmolarity of the prepared solution complies with the recommendations of the European Association of Pediatric Gastroenterologists, Hepatologists and Nutritionists (ESPHGAN).

The complex of sodium and potassium salts restores the water and electrolyte balance. Helps prevent acidosis and electrolyte disturbances in dehydration of various etiologies.

· The strain of lactobacilli Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG ATCC 53103 has clinically proven efficacy in the prevention and treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea, rotavirus infection, inhibits the growth of pathogenic microorganisms in the digestive tract.

· Dextrose is a source of energy that provides the basic needs of the body and promotes the absorption of electrolytes.

· Maltodextrin is a prebiotic component and stimulates the growth of normal intestinal microflora.

Recommendations for use

Preparation of the solution "Normobact Aquabalance"

Dissolve the contents of 1 two-chamber sachet of Duocam (DUOCAM) in 200 ml of chilled boiled water and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved. It is important to use at least the indicated amount of water to avoid excess salts entering the body.

Rehydration with Normobact Aquabalance consists of 2 stages:

The first stage of rehydration: is 4-6 hours. Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the required volume of the solution is calculated at a dosage of 50-100 ml / kg of body weight.

* The maximum dose of the solution should not exceed 2200 ml per day for children and 4400 ml for adults.

When vomiting, it is recommended to use the solution often and in small portions. For a child, the amount of solution calculated for 1 hour should be given 10-15 ml every 5-10 minutes using a pipette or a teaspoon.

The second stage of rehydration: 50-100 ml after each episode of loose stools, but not less than 50 ml / kg of body weight per day until the symptoms stop (but not more than 3 days).

If the symptoms of the disease persist for 3 days or more, you should consult a doctor.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to the components.
